Counselling & Psychotherapy
Online counselling to help you navigate overthinking and feel unstuck.
Many of us struggle with the thought of productivity because the world asks us to measure ourselves through work.
But what should we do when heartbreak, uncertainty, or lack of motivation plagues us?
My background in psychology helps me bridge this gap.
Let me help you work through everything that’s stopping you from achieving your goals.
The Guiding Principles
Clarify Goals
Life happens. Ambitions feel crowded. Be more insightful and realistic about your goals.
Separate Fear from Truth
Automatic thoughts can alter the way we perceive reality. Identify your thoughts and manage them better.
Emotional Regulation
Understand how you can manage difficult feelings like anxiety, frustration, envy, and everything in between.
Build Self-Trust
Meaningful decisions are made out of clarity, not urgency. Understand yourself better so you can make confident decisions.

My Approach to Therapy: Therapy doesn't have to mean spending years on a couch analyzing your distant past. My approach to psychotherapy is highly practical, forward-looking, and anchored in the here and now. We aren't here to focus on a clinical diagnosis; we are here to understand the behavioral loops and nervous system responses that are currently keeping you stuck.
Our sessions will focus on your agency. I will bring evidence-based tools (drawing from ACT and CBT), and together, we will turn your awareness into small, repeatable behaviors that move you forward.

About Me
My therapeutic practice is grounded in a unique intersection of human behavior and design.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human-Centred Design, where I studied how people think, decide, and interact with the systems around them. I later completed a Master’s degree in Behavioural Sciences, deepening my understanding of cognitive patterns, emotional processes, and human decision-making.
This academic foundation allows me to approach therapy with both deep psychological insight and highly practical structure.
My therapeutic framework integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT).
I also draw heavily from broader perspectives, including attachment theory, narrative therapy, and existential frameworks like logotherapy, to help clients find meaning and agency.
Alongside my academic and therapeutic training, I have written over 1,500 published articles analyzing video games, narrative design, and player psychology.
This body of work sharpened my ability to identify patterns in identity, motivation, and how we construct the "stories" of our own lives.
My academic research has also explored parasocial relationships, the one-sided emotional bonds people form with media figures. It further deepened my understanding of attachment, projection, and emotional investment.
